Contact and Customer Support at Turbiini

There are two separate desks in play, and writing to the wrong one costs a day. Anything touching an account, a balance, a bonus or a payout belongs to Turbiini customer support. Anything about what is written on these pages belongs to us. This page explains which is which and how to get a useful answer on the first attempt.

Two desks, one of which can actually act

turbiini.info is an independent review site. We hold no accounts, see no balances, process no payments and cannot unblock, credit or expedite anything. Only the operator can, which means a stuck withdrawal or a missing bonus has exactly one correct destination: the contact us channels inside the Turbiini platform itself. Anyone offering to fix an account through personal contacts, for a fee, is running a scam.

What we can help with is the ground before and after the ticket — what a given rule normally means, which documents a verification review expects, and where escalation goes if the operator's answer settles nothing. That escalation path is set out separately in our complaints and dispute guide.

Channels and what each is realistically good for

Live chat is the fastest route and the right one for anything time-sensitive. Email is slower but produces a written record with attachments, which matters the moment a case might need escalating. The help centre answers the routine questions without a queue at all. Response windows below reflect the operator's stated 24/7 coverage; the honest caveat is that overnight and weekend queues run longer than the daytime average.

ChannelTypical responseBest used forWeakness
Live chat (in the account)Minutes, 24/7Stuck deposits, login trouble, quick rule questionsAttachments are awkward, transcripts must be requested
Email to operator supportUsually within a few hoursKYC documents, payment disputes, anything needing evidenceSlower, and a vague first message doubles the wait
Help centre / FAQImmediateDeposit minimums, payout timings, bonus rulesGeneric — it will not know your case
In-account ticket historyFollows the original caseChasing an existing ticket without splitting it in twoOnly exists after the first contact
support@turbiini.info (this site)Within a few working daysCorrections, outdated figures, editorial questionsNo access to any player account whatsoever

One detail worth building into a habit: before closing a chat window, ask for the transcript to be sent to your email. A timestamped record is what turns an argument into a case, and it costs nothing to collect while the conversation is still open.

Language: English always, Finnish not guaranteed

Support operates in English around the clock. Finnish-language service is not guaranteed — an agent who speaks it may be on shift, or may not, and this varies by hour rather than by day. For a Finnish player that has one practical consequence: write the ticket in English from the start rather than in Finnish, and a translation round trip disappears from the timeline. Amounts in euro, dates in day-month-year and times with the EET or EEST offset stated explicitly remove the second common source of confusion.

We do not publish a support telephone number, because we have not verified one. Where an operator advertises a number that turns out to be a call-centre queue or an unmonitored line, quoting it here would waste your time, so the two channels above are the ones we stand behind.

What to attach so the first reply is the last one

Tickets that arrive complete are resolved in one exchange; tickets that arrive as a sentence of frustration take three. Include the email the account is registered to, the date and time of the event with your time zone, the amount in euro, the transaction or payment reference, and a screenshot showing the error or the payment status exactly as it appears on your screen. Close with one plain sentence stating the outcome you are asking for.

For verification queries, re-photograph the document flat and in daylight with all four corners visible before uploading — blurred and cropped images are the most common reason a KYC submission bounces back and the first payout waits another day. For payment cases, note whether the method used for the deposit can also receive the withdrawal: Paysafecard, for instance, funds an account but cannot be paid back to, so the return route runs through bank transfer or Skrill instead. The method-by-method detail is on the payments hub.

Questions that answer themselves faster than a ticket

A good share of contacts resolve without an agent. Withdrawal not arrived: e-wallet payouts settle in one to two hours, a SEPA bank transfer takes one banking day, crypto up to 24 hours, and the very first withdrawal waits for KYC on top of that. Bonus not credited: the qualifying deposit floor is €20 by bank authentication or e-wallet, €25 by SEPA transfer, and an offer requiring a promo code will not attach retroactively — the terms are broken down on our bonus page. Password lost: the reset link on the login screen works faster than any queue, as explained on the registration and login guide. If play itself has stopped feeling like a choice, the limit tools and Finnish helplines are listed on the responsible gambling page, and the rest of our coverage starts from the English homepage.

18+ only. turbiini.info publishes reviews and guides. Account, payment and verification decisions rest entirely with the operator.
